CUSTOMER PORTFOLIOS

Some examples of jobs we have completed

These eye catching photos were taken by the customer who is a photographer, hence my other photos are not as good as these..... The customer had a standard basin and wanted something different, they chose this great free standing basin unit which we were able to fit around the existing boxing. Something as simple as changing the basin has transformed the look and feel of this bathroom.

The customer wanted a new ensuite which was easy to maintain and to retain the existing floor. We ensured the floor was fully protected whilst we transformed the ensuite with a new shower enclosure, electric shower, inset basin and new chrome towel radiator. The ensuite was finished off with new cladding round the shower, toilet, basin and pipe boxing.

I wish I had remembered to take photos before the work started, what a transformation, originally there was a small shower enclosure, bath, basin and toilet. We removed the shower and bath and fitted a new large shower enclosure, we moved the basin to create more space, fitted a new chrome towel radiator and fitted a new toilet. The shower area was finished off with black sparkle cladding full height and half height round the basin area. A new double head shower was fitted with a solid head and flexible head and the floor replaced with new vinyl tiles.

A transformation doesn't have to be expensive, this is a great example, we removed the outdated bathroom suite and replaced with a new white budget bathroom suite, painted the walls white, fitted white bumpy tiles around the bath and basin, black floor, white and balck wall paper as a feature wall and finished off with a new chrome towel radiator, what a difference.

The customer wanted to change their ensuite from having a small shower in the corner to a larger one in the centre of the ensuite. New toilet, vanity unit, shower enclosure and towel radiator fitted.

New bathroom suite fitted with P-Shaped bath, large vanity unit, toilet and tall towel radiator to freshen up an outdated bathroom.

Very similar to a previous job the customer seen the job we previously completed and wanted exactly the same suite. P-Shaped bath, large vanity unit and toilet all fitted.

The customer asked us to brighten up their bathroom with as little cost as possible, therefore we retained the existing bath which was in good condition, fitted a new bath panel, new basin and toilet. We removed the outdated pink tiles and replaced with bumpy white tiles and a chrome border. Finished off with a new vinyl tile floor.

Concealed shower units do look nice, however when they need replacing it is best to use a company with experience. Here is an example of accessing through a wall behind the shower to save removing the tiles. New shower fitted and wall repaired.

Some Examples of Property Maintenance

In addition to plumbing we also cover property maintenace and here is some good examples. A local shop had problems with an entrance ramp to the shop with the carpet moving and the ramp dropping. We removed the old ramp, fitted a new ramp and new contract carpet and we did all this out of hours so it didn't distrupt shop trading hours.

What a difference this made, the outdated kitchen was removed and a new kitchen fitted with integrated appliances, a new vinyl flooring and black and white brick tiles to finish the new look off.

This conservatory was cold in the winter and too hot in the summer, the space was unused, the walls were insulated, new partition wall fitted halfway through the room with a utility room on one side and an office/sitting area on the other. New large radiators fitted and the roof was insulated and cladded in plastic as most heat is lost through the roof. The roof insulation retains the heat and in the summer reflects the sun to keep it cooler.

A couple of different examples here, first the original fence had large gaps in which you could see straight through to other back gardens, the customer wanted a little more privacy so we installed a double fence overlapping the gaps but still retaining a gap for the wind to blow through. Topped off with finishing trim.

The second job is a temporary roof repair, a leak was coming through so we fitted flashing tape and sealed the roof joints to prevents leaks whilst the customer saved up for a new roof.

Lastly the customer got a new dog and had no gate to the front garden, a new wooden gate was fitted with latch.
